GDPR statement for Job Applicants

At A&P Group, we're committed to respecting your privacy. This statement outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect data provided by you as part of our recruitment process.

First of all, we use Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Breezy HR will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with A&P Group instructions.

When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide is used for the sole purpose of assessing your suitability for current and future roles at our company. This information is collected directly from you, an in some cases from third party sources with your consent.

Your data may be shared with employees involved in the recruitment process. We will not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

We will retain your data for a duration necessary for the process and if you are not selected for a position we will hold on to your data for up to 24 months. If you'd like us to keep it for longer, we'll contact you for consent first.

Lastly, if if at any point you'd like us to remove the information we've collected or share it with you, please let us know.
